Blanco BBQ Catering

You pick the menu, add the services you want, and we take care of the rest. We cater at our place or yours, with both on-site and off-site catering for parties, company meetings, weddings, and just about any occasion.

We slow-smoke all of our meats over oak and pecan for great flavor and tenderness, and every side is made in-house. Add one of our desserts and you’ve got a spread your guests will remember.

Drop-Off Catering

Great for office lunches, parties, game days, or any quick, fun event. Serves up to 50 guests with one day’s notice.

  • Meats: your choice of brisket, chicken, turkey, ham, sausage, or pulled pork
  • Sides: add two of our homemade sides
  • Drinks & ice: gallons of sweet or unsweet tea, and bags of ice
  • Fixins included: pickles, onions, sliced bread, and our homemade BBQ sauce
  • Extras: jalapeños and spicy carrots for a small additional fee
  • Picnic packs: plates, cups, plastic utensils, and napkins, available for an additional fee
